What is a healthy mind?

A healthy mind is balanced and it adapts to change. It is free and spacious. It enjoys each moment and it is able to embrace what is here right now.
A healthy mind is open to all information, but not attached to any information. It learns from the past, and at the same time it is able to let the past go. It is always present in the now, never dwelling in the past. It is aware of the future, but it does not worry about what will happen later.
A healthy mind accepts the next and it accepts itself. It enjoys the silence and at the same time it can feel well in a crowd of people. It feels no envy, nor does it judge others or itself. It is able to accept anger, fear and confusion. A healthy mind loves the next and at the same time is able to love itself.
A healthy mind is aware of the simple things in life, the caress of the wind, a smile, a heartbeat. It accepts a challenges and at the same time it is able to enjoy the routine of the day. It is able to embrace a bad day and it accepts mistakes made, without being too hard on itself, nor too soft on itself.
An unhealthy mind tries to deny instead of embrace. An unhealthy mind judges instead of accepts. An unhealthy mind is stuck in the past and is always worries about the future. An unhealthy mind is always chasing the future. An unhealthy mind is controlled by its emotions.
A healthy mind is able to be aware of the unhealthy mind without judgment.
